A strict vetting process will be conducted on all registrations received. Visitors who are successful will receive a confirmation that their registration to attend the show has been approved. Unsuccessful registrations will receive communication via e-mail and will be issued with a full refund.

Terms and Conditions:

Covid-19:

• The show will adhere to all Covid protocols as instructed by the South African government at the current period of time.
• All visitors to the show must comply with the government Covid regulations at the time of the show.

Refund Policy:

1. This is a wine trade only show only.
2. The organisers will within 14 days of receipt of your application/registration and payment confirm your participation. Please note that only bona fide members of the wine trade will be allowed to attend and the organisers reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket in full.
3. Communication regarding the above will be sent via e-mail, to the e-mail address you enter as part of your personal details.
4. The organisers will not enter into discussions regarding unsuccessful registration to attend CapeWine 2022.
